I have an openVPN client config file from my vpn provider which after uploading into the router and turning on just gets stuck on "connecting" but never connects. Below is what the log returns. I've been able to use this file on openVPN through my computer(ubuntu) so I don't think there is anything wrong with the vpn server or the configuration file. I did do a complete reset of the router several times before trying it again and it returned the same result. Any hints appreciated, I'm pretty new to this!

Try a different server. Sometimes a particular server just isn't available (down due to maintenance, overloaded, etc.).

Thanks! I did think about that, I checked the load and it was less than 30%. And at the same time I can repeatedly connect to it through my computer without any problems and get excellent speeds. I'm trying to make this one work because it is the closest server to me and gives great speed. I may have to do what you say though and just try a different server. The vpn provider did confirm that server is up and running and that they are able to connect to it using the config file I'm using.

I should add that I'm also connect to that server for the last several days on my iphone using wireguard and it has been working fine.
