Openvpn Service state setting.

Asuswrt-Merlin version 384.14.2

I have been trying to setup Openvpn on my Asus RT66U router following the guide that IPVanish provide for Merlin routers.

I have entered all the information but I am unable to turn on the service state switch on the vpn client page. When I try is says applying setting then 100% complete but the setting always remains off.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions to solve this.
