Optware and entware on separate drives

Is it possible to setup Optware-NG and Entware-NG on 2 separate drives/USB sticks
to make use of both appliances?

Decieded to unsolve the topic. Re-read some tutorials on familiar site(not sure if I can link it). Tested software was Merlin's while running both, optware and entware. So the question stays open.
