Outgoing IPSEC tunnel not working on RT-AC66U_B1

Cant connect to my corporate IPSEC VPN behind my asus router, just times out. (works fine connected directly on the internet)

The WAN - NAT Passthrough settings are default with IPSEC passthrough enabled and network filtering disabled.

Any suggestions on what to tweak to get it working?
