Overclocking ARM NAS?

Hello,

I have a QNap TS-409, running in Raid5 mode.

The writing to it became terribly slow, maxing at 7mb/s over a gigabit network. During that time, CPU seems to be fully loaded.

Is there any way to overclock the CPU, or is there any other way to optimise it?
