Pc loses connection to internet

My pc loses connection when searching for a match in warzone router is gt ax 6000 on the latest merlin software connected to the 2.5gbps port it only happens in warzone i tried other games works fine any idea what to do

Have you tried port forwarding?

yes i have those settings the game runs fine when i have it plugged into a 1gb port just doesn’t work with the 2.5 port

what NIC you have in your PC - check Motherboard OEM? if Intel there is physical bug with i225 v1 (will never work with 2.5Gbit) for v2, 3 and i226 you need special intel driver to work with 2.5Gbit
