Please help...NAS suggestion needed

Please suggest.

I am planning to buy LG BD570 blu-ray player which is DLNA Certified. Now I need a suggestion for a NAS. My requirements:

- Would like to stream DVD rips, BR rips, AVI/Divx files from NAS to my TV via BR player
- Store and retrieve all my personal pictures, videos etc
- periodic auto-backup specified folders
- Need to support to download torrents
- Expandable storage
- budget ~$200

Appreciate any inputs.
