Port forwarding not working on RT-ac68u

i am having issues with my router not enabling the ports I tell it. I want to enable 8585. I am running 3.0.0.4.384_32799

Do you open it the right way and test it the right way?
Please shed a bit more light over what you are trying to do and how you do it.

Well I have a few ports open and have setup the new ones the same way. I find the port and then link it to an ip address on the network. It’s a port for Tautulli. I changed the port on Tautulli to 8585
