port forwarding

New Around Here
Hello, I have an Asus BQ16 Pro with firmware 3.0.0.6.102_36935. I have two providers, one with a white IP address. I can't open certain ports for my PC, and I don't know why. Other ports are open for other PCs on the network, but I can't open these. Please help me solve this problem. I need to open ports 14000 to 14123.

We can't help you much if you obscure most of the information.

From the little we can see in your picture it looks like you have two conflicting rules for ports 14000:14123.

What do you see on the router's System Log - Port Forwarding page?

I have two providers, one with a white IP address.
Are you using both providers at the same time, if so, how? What exactly do you mean by "white IP address".

By "white IP," I mean static. I use two providers in load balancing mode. And I've specified in the routing rules which device should access which internet.

@VasqueZ I suggest you start by amending your port forwarding rules so that you don't have any overlapping/conflicting ports. For the sake of clarity I also suggest you change "14100:14016" which is a negative range, to "14016:14100" (if that's what you intended).

How are you testing this? IIRC port forwarding only works for the primary WAN interface so you need to make sure that's what you're testing against.

I changed it but it still doesn't work.
I'm using the computer's IP specified for WAN1, which is connected to a provider with a static IP. Other applications that require a static IP work, but these specific ports don't.

Your rules are pointing the same ports to two different targets, 192.168.1.21 and 192.168.1.115. This is nonsensical. You can't forward ports to multiple targets. Remove the set of rules for one of the targets and test again. I suggest you also temporarily disable dual WAN while testing, just to eliminate that as a factor.

I have 192.168.1.21 configured on wan1 and 192.168.1.115 on wan 2, can this still affect?
Dual WAN and port forwarding are two different things. You can't forward a port to multiple destinations. The first matching rule takes precedence.

Are you saying 192.168.1.21 and .115 are your WAN IPs? The port forwarding rule has to point to a LAN IP (internal address) from the LAN subnet.

It didn't help, I disconnected wan2 and tried again, and the same error.
Post a picture of your updated port forwarding rules.

What is the IP address of the PC that you're testing from?

Did you turn off dual WAN rather than just disconnecting wan2?

Yes, that's right. I disabled the internet on WAN2, but I didn't disable load balancing. The computer's IP is 192.168.1.21.
