Possible network with load balancing?

Code

New Around Here
Hello,

I'm investigating options for me to expand my current VDSL network to one where I load balance VDSL and 4G. I'm thinking about using a Cisco RV082 to handle the load balancing and to cascade my current router (Netgear WNDR3700) for WLAN connectivity.

I'm no router configuration expert so I wonder if this scenario is possible and to keep all units "below" the Cisco router accessible to eachother within the same network?

Any suggestions for a better load balancing router or feedback for other changes are appreciated. Thanks in advance!

As long as you convert the WNDR3700 to an access point, everything will be on the same subnet and you can still use its switch.
