Powerline And Converted Component?

New Around Here
I've been reading about Powerline Ethernet Adapters with streaming from router to TV and it made me wonder if it would be possible to stream balun converted component or hdmi, using powerline adapters, instead of sending the info through cat5?

In other words, sending the converted stuff directly through the electrical system. No router, no cat5?

No. The power line etherent adapters are layer 2 protocol devices. The balun idea is to use only passive hard copper media.
