Prioritise subnet in QoS

Hi,

My N66U's LAN IP is 192.168.1.1 and I have a subnet 192.168.2.0 which is used for a gaming devices such as a PS4.

Will these QoS settings (screenshots attached) prioritise traffic to/from the 192.168.2.0 subnet above everything else?

I suppose for gaming the packets are small so throughput is not the main concern but these packets must be handled first above all others to avoid lag?
