Problem with 5G Wifi (AC88)

I'm having a really weird issue . When I try to set any channel above 112 "channel bandwidth" drops from 80 MHz to 40MHz or 20MHz. When I look at the setting it's 80MHz but when I switch to "wireless log" it says 20 or 40MHz. Also when setting channel 112 it still shows 112 in the listbox under 5GHz settings, but when I try to set any channel above 112 it changes to auto in the listbox but shows correct channel under "wireless log",

I have tried different firmwares and reset to defaults but nothing helps. Currently using 9.0.0.4.380_2339 firmware.

That is because for AC standard channel shown by router is main one. There are four more channel to make 80MHz. When you choose channel 140 there is no room to create additional channel and thus 20MHZ bandwidth.

In my region channel 165 is the highest you can go and if I select that I also get 20MHz

Strange, on my previous AC87 I could set it to channel 140 and 80.
