Problems when using SMB (RT-AC68U, Merlin 384.4_2)

New Around Here
I connect a 1T HDD to my AC68U with USB3.0, trying to share some videos over SMB.
Every time I try to download something from that HDD using my PC(Win 10), the CPU core 2 usage of AC68U goes to 100%, and the memory usage goes to 90%, and I get a download speed of 10MB/s only at the first 2 seconds, then the speed drops to nearly 0KB/s, then I get a download error after a while.
What confused me is, the upload side goes without any problem. When I upload something, I get a stable speed of 12MB/s until it finish.
I also tried the downloading and uploading with my iPhone, they both go with no problem, though I get a speed of only 4MB/s.
Then I tried downloading over FTP using my PC, got a stable speed of 30MB/s...
Then I borrowed my friend's PC to have a try, got an exactly same result as mine...

The tests above are all under a 5G wireless network.
AC68U: SMBv1+SMBv2
my PC: SMBv2(SMBv1 is not installed by default in Win 10 )
iPhone: SMB/CIFS

Anyone can help?
