proxy problem

not sure if it is the right forum i am using the latest merlin on the flashed tm-ac1900. I have this problem with proxy server. i am not using cable, i am currently using usb 4g modem in repeater mode with att unite explore. i have two 4g modem, one is the mobley and the other one united explore. the mobley modem + router + tethering work fine with the proxy but the ue + router + tethering doesn't work well when i proxy. webpage like twitch,amazon take forever to load. the only solution is running on repeater mode but the ping is not consistent compare to tethering. i tried to disable ipv6 no change. I was running on original tomobile firmware before same problem.
