QoS and Speed Limit

Guys I would like to limit the download speed of a PC in my house.
On any type of port, application etc.

How do I do this the easy way? Tried to play a little bit with the QoS rules but somehow I can`t figure it out.

Example: PC 1 (ip: 192.168.1.xx) limit all traffic to 2.5MB/s (IP will always be the same, created a rule for that).

Thanks

This could be solution:

Input your ISP Upload (85%) and Download Bandwidth.

In "user-defined qos rules" screen, input IP address and priority "Lowest"

In "user-defined priority" screen, for the Lowest change the Maximum bandwidth Limit % until you have the upload/download settings you want.

thanks, I will try this.

Is there no other option? A more simpler like select MAC or IP and just enter the maximum allowed bandwidth? :)

Maybe firmware as Tomato or DD-WRT support this, but I'm not familair with these....
