QoS won't stay set to Cake when Game Device Priority is On

hi guys

i have a RT-AC86U with latest merlin firmware, and i have 2 problems.
Last night i configured my new router and today when i go to "Game Device Prioritizing" its OFF when i left it ON and Adaptive QoS keeps switching from "Cake" to "Adaptive QoS" without me changing them...
any reason why?

Latest firmware does not tell us much. Latest stable or latest alpha? Much better to cite version.
Check to see if the /jffs is mounted and if not format it.

I would speculate that any Asus Gaming prioritization relies on Adaptive QoS, so your attempts to use Cake are incompatible and when you “fix” one you break the other.
