Question about different nomenclature of same product.

New Around Here
Hello guys!
Recently I 've decided to buy a new router, since my old one is pretty much broken. So to make my point, after a search on the net in many e-shops I 've noticed that they have for example Linksys E2000 in many (different?) versions like Linksys E2000-EE, Linksys E2000-EZ , Linksys E2000-EW etc
I would like to ask you what are the differences (if there are any) between those (same?) products?
Furthermore, this wasn't the only product that I found different versions. Here are some more examples: LINKSYS E2500-EW, LINKSYS E2500-EZ, LINKSYS E3000-EZ, LINKSYS WRT120N-EZ, LINKSYS WAG160N-EZ, LINKSYS WAG320N-EZ, NetGear DGNB2200-100PES, NetGear DGN3500B-100GRS etc

Thanks in advance and I am sorry if i posted in the wrong place.
