Question about message in system log

Moved from 384.4-2 to 384.5 on my RT-AC68 about a week ago. Works fine but the following messages repeat every 30 seconds in system log.
rc_service: watchdog 301:notify_rc start_cfgsync

I "initialized" to factory default this morning and setup the router agin. Now I got the following message every 30 seconds.
rc_service: watchdog 278:notify_rc start_cfgsync

Do I need to concern myself with this message?
