I just purchased a used RT-AC68U (it is the stock ASUS version and not branded) and my intention was to flash Merlin and set it up as an AiMesh node. However, my question was, because this is second hand, is there certain ways to make sure I can erase any sort of settings or data that the previous user may have had (basically just covering my basis security-wise). I am aware of the NVRAM reset by holding the WPS button, powering off, and powering back on, but I am not sure if there are other resets/settings I should be aware of before I set this up in my AiMesh system.
