Does the power brick support 100-240v AC?
I am thinking about buying one but need to go to asia for a while.

Yes it does. Most networking products now come with 100-240 VAC adapters. You will still need a physical adapter for the plug, however.

What about DIR-825? Does it support 100-240 VAC too?

Does DIR-655 perform much better than DIR-825? (2.4 GHz band only)
Cause I can find DIR-825 cheaper than DIR-655.
