rc_service: httpd 1593:notify_rc restart_firewall blocks devices

Does anyone have a solution to this problem? I have an ASUS AX86u with firmware Firmware Version:3.0.0.4.388_24231. The router will randomly block devices on my network. I have tried everything from reboots to factory resets... I checked the system logs and it happens immediately after the system logs show 'rc_service: httpd 1593:notify_rc restart_firewall' I immediately go to time scheduler on router page and all of my devices are blocked. I even called support and they had no answer for me.

Do a hard factory reset and then setup the router again manually (i.e. don't reload an old settings file). Use a different password for the GUI admin login.
