Red Light Indicator XT9

It happned 2x already. While holding the XT9 at an angle, I see red light. Cable to WAN port is connected. I wiggle the LAN cable and the power cable at is connection point to the router and no such red light. What causes this?

On ZenWiFi series red light on main router means no Internet connection. Perhaps your WAN cable is not very tight after all.
