Redirect incoming WAN conn. to other WAN host

I have two routers connected to same provider. First router (ASUS RT-N16 w/ asuswrt-merlin) has public IP (accessible from internet), second - does not. Second router access Internet through NAT. Both routers can be connected each other directly inside provider network. I want open port 80 on first router, so incoming connections redirected to port 80 on second router. Is it possilbe?
