Remotely access download master?

Hi everyone, I'm wondering if there's a way to easily access Download Master remotely? You can set it up for WAN access in AsusWRT GUI but then, you must also enable remote acces to your router management. It's something I'd rather not do if I can. I already changed the default "admin" username to a 16 characters name and I did the same with the password. I also changed the default 8443 port to something else but still, there's a risk. I reckon that risk is mitigated a lot by my strong password (and username). It would take years to brute force a 16 characters password with lower and uppercase but, you never know these days.
