Router with time base URL blocking

I try find a dual band gigabit router with advanced time based URL filtering option. What I want is to block for example facebook but only on workdays and from 9am to 12am.

At the moment I have an Asus RT-N56U. The performance of this router is fine for me, but I can not fine tune URL access. I can only disable facebook completely or I can disable all traffic in a certain time period.

Any suggestions?

A lot of the routers in the smb space have features like this. Finding one that is gigabit on the wan and cheap will be hard though.
