Rsync from qnap to synology issues

Hi All, i follow this link to try to do a rsync from my qnap 209 pro to ds414 but it keep saying authentication failure. I tried root, admin or even new admin user, still the same issues. not sure whether is qnap or synology issues?

Basically i try to move all my data from qnap to synology, thought this will be the easier way then copy all into external HDD but it seems like harder then i thought.

Synology may have changed the rsync module name from NetBackup.
Check the /etc/rsyncd.conf file as described in this article and also make sure that you have an admin password set in the Synology. If you do, try changing it from the default
