RT-AC1200 Guest Network Not Working

New Around Here
I cannot enable guest network on this router. When I click on the "enable" button, nothing happens. I've tried IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Chrome (Android, iOS).

Firmware version I am on is: 3.0.0.4.380_9474
