RT-AC1900; How to block device w/o MAC or IP address?

KenH-SC

New Around Here
While looking at network traffic I found a device on my network I do not recognize (Google Nexus 4). Small family here and no one has that device. It shows up in the "Traffic Analyzer - Statistic" client list (see screenshot) but not not in the network clients list so I cannot see an IP or MAC Address for the device.

Is there another way to identify the device?

I want to block the device, how can I do that?

Thanks!

Ken

Can you find it under System Log\DHCP Leases?

It may belong to a guest.

You could change your WiFi pre-shared key/password, and then not share it. And disable Wireless\WPS.

Guest access was never enabled.

I disabled Wireless/WPS

The device is not active now so will have to wait until it is to check the DHCP log.

Password is only shared among 3 family members. I'm quite confident PW sharing is not the culprit. I'll wait a day or 2 to see if I can find it in the DHCP log before changing PW. I want to get the MAC and block it.

Where/how do I block a device?

Thanks

By 'guest' I meant someone who visits your home with their device and who acquired your WiFi credentials somehow or used the WPS function on the router. Or maybe a household member has a device you don't know about.

I would change your router login credentials and WiFi WPA2 key/password.

My 86U router allows rejecting MACs under Wireless\Wireless MAC Filter.
