RT-AC3100: Unable to connect to 5GHz

Hello there,
I am currently unable to connect to 5Ghz, I've tried setting separate SSIDs as well as combining them into one. Any ideas? Any ideas other than "did you try resetting it"?

today actually, it happened after turning off QoS, and restarting the router

Are you able to see any clashes by doing a site survey. All devices unable to find 5ghz? No firmware upgrades? Does turning on QOS allow you to connect again?
