my router Asus RT-AC52U B1 has problem, that sometimes (not always but often) it lost LAN ports after I reboot it from web admin.
The LEDs are blinking on connected devices (on their LAN ports), but internet is not working, I can't even connect to web admin.
Now funny part - when I connect via wifi and reboot router, there is still same problem. When I disconnect router from power and connect back, then all is working again.
And second funny part, I have 2 these routers, when I replace first one with second (including power adapter), same problem.
So it is hardware problem or software? And how to report this to Asus?
