RT-AC56U 5GHz N only 150Mbit/s - extension ch only auto

Hi,

I'm getting with my RT-AC56U on 5GHz N only 150Mbit/s connections (and 433 Mbit/s on AC) - extension channel can not be changed from auto (on 5 GHz). All configuration settings tried - N only, 40MHz, 80 MHz...

Merlin version: 378.54_2

Any suggestions?

What the WiFi card you use?

Xperia Z, Tablet Z and Z2 devices... Also can not change the extension channel.
