RT-AC56U need help for best security settings and other things

Hello my friends ,

for stop or better say reduce attacks , what are the best security settings for this router (RT-AC56U) ? I'm just downloading with Download master .

another question , How can I lower WIFI signal ? I need to lower it down to reduce heat and power . but how ?

at last , if the router turn on for 5-6 days without stopping , Does it get overheat and burned ? what is the maximum uptime ?
