I have a router as in the title. The equipment has the original software. I would like to upload freshtomato but I can't do it. I understand that the router has secured software. Which version of Asus or Merlin's firmware should I download to upload tomato later. The router updates via ASUS Firmware Restoration.

Try the ASUS Restoration tool ( or the cfe mini web server. )

I tried both. The router does not accept tomato. The software does not update. Where can I make a mistake?

Does the original software have any locks? Do you have knowledge about it?
