RT-AC66U on the fritz!

Just replaced it with a RT-AC68U.....Does anyone repair routers? I hate to just throw stuff in the trash. Connects to the internet just fine but when I try to connect anything to lan ports it takes a dump.
Opened it up and caps look good. Any thoughts?

check the ac adapter as well...

Switched firmware back to stock with no problem. Will definitely try defaulting it again and it was my main router in a chain of four below.
Adapter appears to be working fine but I'd definitely need a multi-meter to be sure.
