RT-AC66U port forwarding not working

ksavoie

New Around Here
I recently purchased the RT-AC66U and have not been able get port forwarding to work.

I have ATT DSL service and I bridged the 2WIRE modem/router, using the method below.

• Confirm that there is an 8 in the VPI box and 35 in the VCI box.
• Change the ATM PVC Search to Disable
• Change connection type to Direct IP (DHCP or Static)
• Under the Advanced section click on Configure Services.
• Remove the check mark from the Enable Routing checkbox.

I setup the RT-AC66U for PPPoE and everything works great except for PORT FORWARDING?? In the GUI I set up the port forwarding. I talked with ATT and ASUS and followed their steps and nothing works. Then I set up the router for remote access of the GUI and the default was port 8080. Now 8080 is open, but using port forwarding I cant seem to get 8090 to 8096 to work. Does anyone have a clue on whats going on?
