RT-AC66U Samba Server Folder Permissions

Hello,

Even though I can access my USB HDD (4TB WD) through Windows Explorer, it appears I have only read rights for some of the folders (movies, music etc), while at the same time I have full access for some others. I guess it is a permissions issue, but I cannot find a solution. I am using the latest Merlin beta FW, but unfortunately my Linux knowledge is zero!
Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

What filesystem is the disk formatted in?

NTFS. Everything is Ok with the drive besides permissions for three folders that contain movies,music and pictures. Strangely, my 'series' folder is Ok as far permissions are concerned.
