RT-AC66U static addresses and port based VLANs

I have 8 public IP addresses coming in on the same wire. I want to set up VLANs (preferably port based) and route certain public IP addresses to specific ports (VLANs).

The stock firmware does not seem to support this. Maybe I'm wrong?

Is there a firmware out there that I can flash to this router that has the features I need?

Thanks and sorry for the NOOB questions.

I'm probably wrong, but depending on what you want to do with those public IP's, you'll need at least 4, Dual Wan routers? If not eight routers, period, depending on your need to connect directly to any device behind each public IP from anywhere in the world.

I don't believe that any consumer router has the horsepower to route that many IP's at any decent speed. Even if VLAN's did get you the functionality.
