New Around Here
I searched high and low and could not find an answer to the question. :(

I am trying to set up something fairly restrictive on the router using Asus-Merlin firmware but can't figure out a way to do it.

Whitelist looks great as it only allows clients specifically allowed to access, which would work perfect for the intended purpose, however, I can't figure out a way to enter this:

Whitelist the following range:
192.168.0.100 to 192.168.0.199, all ports

The following IP address should NOT be in the whitelist range:
192.168.0.200 to 192.168.0.254

If I put in 192.168.0.*, the range is too wide. However, the interface wouldn't accept 192.168.0.100-199.

Is there a way to put in a IP range for the whitelist?

Thank you!

Hello,

Have you tried the range you want to allow using CIDR notation?
However your range will require more than one notation as it crosses some boundaries.

Unfortunately, the form doesn't accept "/" either so I can't use CIDR notation.:(

Hello,

How about doing this via telnet and iptables and thus bypass the GUI?
I would hope someone else will chime in to guide further than I have.
