RT-AC68R as VPN CLIENT, only let certain traffic through the tunnel

Hi,

I was hoping from some advice. I have a subscription to a VPN service. I was hoping to let all the traffic in my house but my server to go through the VPN. Which custom software should I use for my ASUS router that would be the easiest to use and allow to to do this?

I am thinking I would tell the router to send all traffic through the VPN but a particular port or Mac address.
