Split VPN for Discord only

I live in Turkey and Discord is blocked by DPI on our ISPs.
I am using OpenVPN on Asus router to reach discord. However, I don't want to tunnel all my traffic now because it severely decreases my internet speed.
Is there a way to distinguish Discord traffic on Asus merlin ? an addon maybe ?

Is discord using specific IP adresses ? Can I do it by split tunnelling / static routing on the router or on the vpn server side ?

but the solution there is distinguishing traffic on the PC using proxifier. I don't prefer that becaues I don't want to use a paid app and I don't want to add load on the PC using an additional app when my router can build the VPN tunnel.
