RT-AC68R selective URL filtering for clients

Hello

I'm trying to block several sites (Blocking by URL and Keyword) for everysingle client on my network (30+) but 1...I want that device to be able to access the blocked sites..Can it be done?
Using latest stock firmware on RT-AC68R

I doubt this is possible, at least not reliably.

If the sites use https rather than http then URL blocking won't work.
