RT-AC68R wierd issue

I have strange issues with my new router and wan ip it gets. I live in MN and have comcast with Arris 722G modem. For some reason my wan gets an IP from IL region.
I also have R7000 and old tp-link 841ND and those get local MN IP address.

Does anybody have this or similar issue?
