[RT-AC68U] Firmware version won't go up & client list won't appear

Recently I updated firmware from 384.12 to the latest version 384.15.
I've done several times include several reboot the device.
But still firmware version won't go up. stays at 384.12

and i don't know when it started to happen, but i see there's no update at the wireless client list at the main page.

What should I do for this to resolve?

Please help.
