RT-AC68U lower/upper 5GHz channel power (US)

Does anyone know what is tx power limit on the lower and upper 5GHz channels in the US region on the RT-AC68U. I noticed that I get a much stronger signal level when I use the upper channels but I'm not sure what is the real limit. It is definitely not 200mw but it's above 100mw for the upper and below 100mw for the lower according to my observations. Also, if I change the region, can I get the full 200mw and in what region? Thanks in advance for any input on the matter.

P.S. Posting here since I'm using the .39 rmerlin firmware.
