As already stated before, the RT-AC68P firmware is 100% identical to the RT-AC68U and RT-AC68R firmware.

Anyway, expect something more "interesting" from Asus in the very near future for the RT-AC68 family of routers...

I'm sure I won't be able resist, but I would need to stay on this firmware like forever! It's fast and I'm not the kind to use it at anything but a router...

I know I will do the upgrade and I will regret it

It's now available (at least for Japan) - see this thread. Not sure why Japan gets an early release and the worldwide release is pushed back to next week.

This is the first release of the 378 series.
