I've been trying to limit another computer's bandwidth speed to no avail.

I have the most current firmware: 3.0.0.4.378_4585

The way I set QOS up is first by going into user-defined QOS rules. Then I set a computer to be limited by mac address, port: blank, protocol: tcp/udp, priority: lowest.

Under user defined priorities, I tried testing it by setting lowest to be 1-5% upload, and 20% download bandwidth.

That computer is still using max bandwith, both upload and download.

Am I doing something wrong? I need to limit a computers bandwidth to a certain percentage.

QoS is not a bandwidth limiter. Clients will get full bandwidth unless something with a higher priority needs that bandwidth.

That's exactly what isnt working, when I play a game on my computer, my ping is like 300+ because of the other comp that is downloading/uploading at full speed.
