RT-AC86U, Firmware 48260 and WinSCP

Very Senior Member
Helping a friend with AC86U and with the latest firmware (48260) WinSCP can no longer copy, edit or replace files.
Going to any other firmware WinSCP works as usual but with latest we get this error.

Maybe scp hasn't been included in the firmware.
