Try using a quality extension cable to connect the USB drive to the USB 3.0 port.

If issues still persist, use the USB 2.0 port instead, or, set the USB 3.0 port to operate in USB 2.0 mode.

The transfer speeds will be reduced to USB 2.0 standards, but the WiFi should not be affected anymore.

Thank you for answer but disk working, cable works, Aicloud works. How quality cable can make problems to 2.4 ghz network?
For me looks like when drivers of usb disk is loaded make some conflict with 2.4Ghz network

The 'quality' I'm talking about is the shielding a proper cable should have. :)

The RT-AC88U may have less than optimal shielding for the USB 3.0 port, internally, too.

The noise generated is in the 2.4GHz band...

:( I tried to connect other old external disk (usb 2) and works. I changed config port to 2.0 and works the new one to.
You are right! Thank you.
