how do you load back the original Asus FW on the modem? I've already downloaded the firmware from Asus' website and after successfully loading and restarting my modem, it still has the Merlin FW.
The reason why I need to do this is to have the modem serviced but since it's using a 3rd-party firmware, Asus will not entertain me.
